They
Coral Short is a white settlers living in the unceded gathering place of the Kanien'kehá:ka, Anishinabe, and Haudenosaunee - the island called Tiohtià:ke in Turtle Island, colonially known as Montréal, Québec, Canada. Coral has Irish heritage as well as Welsh, Roma, German and Scottish. They are actively unlearning their racism by attending workshops, organizing anti-racist book groups, and engaging in anti-racist activism, learnings and teachings. They currently works as an artist and a professional gardener. They are in teacher training with True North Insight and Somatic Experiencing.
